This sirloin lamb is a tender, succulent and flavorful cut. Sirloin is the muscle that connects the loin to the hind leg. Totally delicious, incredibly tender and served with foie gras. I still remember how the foie gras melted in my mouth!
下一道主菜是羊肉鵝肝，先講羊肉，既大份又香嫩，可惜肉味不夠足，未至頂級；鵝肝如是，外脆內入口鬆化，未到即融的境界，但以如此價錢，還是非常滿意。
